 Do you know how the ANTELOPE ( ADOWA ) dance came about? 

Oral history has it that , a great Queen of the Ashantis ( Abrewa Tutuwaa ) was sick and the only way to get her healed was through getting a life antelope from the wild to pacify the gods and make her well again as revealed by the chief priest.  

The Adowa dance is a sign of expression that allows the performer to communicate their emotions ( positive or negative) feelings through their hands and feets. Just as the antelope behaves.  And this dance can be perform at all social gatherings.

This week I bring to you The Effects of Chewing Gum.

Too much of everything they say is bad and the same thing goes for chewing of gum. 

You might think it's fine but your teeth and jaw beg to differ. There are a lot of negative effects of  chewing gum on the human body when there is excessive chewing of gum.

In fact, you may have even heard somewhere that it's actually good for your teeth or it's harmless, which may be true but this article makes us know that chewing gum often can cause health issues.

So let's be mindful of chewing gum to stay healthy.

Drug Abuse is the use of certain chemicals for the purpose of creating pleasurable effects on the brain. Clinically known as substance use disorder, drug abuse or addictive substances. Drugs include alcohol,marijuana, hallucinogens and opioids. Peer pressure is a strong factor in starting to use and misuse drugs, particularly for young people,lack of family involvement, difficult family situations or lack of a bond with your parents or siblings may increase the risk of addiction,and also lack of parental supervision.

Currently suffering from Apollo I decided to share with you my experience so far. My eyes are irritated and constantly running water. The irritation has caused my eyes to be red and of course it’s swollen. Having a busy schedule like mine and my line of work, it’s impossible not to hide it behind shades or glasses.
